Yes! A great thing about CustomPhotoCollage.com is that we are small enough to suit your custom needs. If there is a custom idea that you want, just let us know and we will be MORE than happy to accomodate.

Do I get to keep a copy of the photo?
Yes. With the purchase of every print, you will receive the high resolution printable file free. This file is yours forever to keep and make additional copies at your convenience.

When will I receive my collage?
You will receive your first collage draft within a week (though usually 48-72 hours). Once the draft is approved the collage will be printed and mailed immediately.

Can I purchase additional copies of the print?
Yes you may purchase as many additional copies as you wish. Pricing information is available on the "Prices" tab.

How much can I customize my collage?
You can virtually customize the collage as much or as little as you want! If you submit only photos, we'll make it work! However, you can submit text, color schemes, team logos, or any certain photos you want featured. If you want to designate certain picture(s) as the "featured photo" you may also do that. If you want, you may even submit a background story about your photos so we can get a better understanding of the story behind the pictures. We create a collage from the photos and information we receive and are more than happy to accomodate special requests for the collage.

What if I don't like the proof? Can I make changes to the collage?
Yes! Chances are that you will love the proof of your new photo collage. However, if you would like to request any changes before the final version you may. These usually consist of font sizes or colors or minor adjustments of pictures.

How many changes can I request?
As many as you like! We will work hard to ensure your satisfaction before the final collage is finished.

How do I pay?
We currently accept credit cards through Google for your security and convenience. No checks are currently accepted. If you wish to pay through PayPal, you can request a custom PayPal invoice.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is $10 - no matter the quantity - for any listed product size unless you are just purchasing the digital file in which case there is no shipping cost.

How do I submit photos? Which photos should I submit?
Upon completing the ordering process, you will be instructed to either email us your photos or mail a CD containing your photos. Although photos of any size can be submitted, it is recommended that you upload high quality resolution photos. Suggested specifications are photos of at least 300 dpi and 1024x768 resolution.

How do I email photos?
Your photos will be submitted as part of the ordering process. If you wish to email more pictures after your order has been completed you may send them to CustomPhotoCollage@yahoo.com. Please include your name with the email.

Can I submit photos by regular mail? Will I get my photos back?
If you would like to submit photos by regular mail, we ask that you send a CD of your photos. If this is the case, an address will be provided to you after ordering. The CD will be returned when the final collage is sent if you wish.

How many photos can I submit? How many photos should I submit?
We can only work with the photos you submit. If you submit three photos we'll make a collage featuring these photos. If you submit 30 photos, we'll choose ones that we think work the best. In general, 3-7 photos look the best on the final product. However we recommend you submit 5-10 photos from which to choose.

What digital image formats do you accept?
Your images can currently be accepted in jpg, bmp, pdf, gif, tif, and png formats. If yours is in a different format please ask.

Will you fix damaged photos?
Yes. Many photos can be touched up. These include redeye and bad lighting. If an object is blocking a photo you wish to use, that can also usually be fixed. You may also choose to have certain objects/people removed from photos.

Can I submit any photos?
No. As long as the photos are yours we will be happy to create a collage. Any copyrighted photos must have written permission to be used in a collage. We reserve the right to refuse services of any proposed collage which includes inappropriate or lewd photos.

How do you create the collage?
Your collage will be created using a variety of programs and software - though mainly Adobe Photoshop.

Do you offer framing or mounted matte printing?
We do not offer framing or mounted prints as part of our standard products. However if you would like your collage framed or mounted, we will be happy to frame your collage for an additional charge. For shipping security and to save you shipping expenses, it is usually easier for you to purchase the digital file and have your collage mounted at your local printer.

I need a collage super fast! What can I do?
If you need a collage immediately we will make every effort to accomodate you. Upon your order, you may choose just to purchase the printable file and have it printed yourself. If this is the case, please contact us and the collage may be made within 24 hours.

I don't like my collage. Can I have a refund?
Ok so this is not a frequently asked question because this has never happened before! However, if for some reason you do not like the final product and no revisions are satisfactory, you may request a full refund. Furthermore, once a printed copy has been made and shipped, all sales are final.
